Debit and credit card payments can be unsuccessful for several reasons. The most common reason for an unsuccessful card payment is that your bank has declined it. Some other reasons can be browser issues, 3D Secure verification issue or insufficient funds. We sometimes stop card payments to protect our customers from potentially fraudulent activity. Most of the time, card payments are declined for the reasons listed above. But if you see a more generic error message, the best way to fix it is to try paying another way.

You can check-in as a guest, which means you don't need to create an account. We recommend users to open an account to be able to enjoy benefits such as: Manage your account details, order history, get discounted rates and promotions.

f you want to cancel or change your order, you can do it through your Order Confirmation email. Please review our general Terms and Conditions to determine if your order is available for cancellation or change.

If your order arrives damaged, the item looks different from the picture or does not match the description, please email us at jmaina@mainastore.co.ke and we will send you instructions for how to return your item(s).

The shipping cost for most items is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on our lowest-price shipping method and presuming that all items in your cart are going to a single address.

The time depends on the type of shipping service you select and the time to get the package ready by the seller. You can receive packages the same day or up to 2 days later, depending on the product, carrier service and destination.
